Oh, wonderful question! My mom read to both my sister and me from birth so I've ALWAYS been a huge reader and still am! I'd have to say that I'm an old-school girl and a lot of my favorites were from when my mom was young lol! I was a Trixie Belden fan and the first thing I did when I discovered Ebay was to collect the entire series. I also loved E. Nesbit, particularly the Five Children and IT series, and anything by Enid Blyton. mmmmmmm crockpot food...y'all are making me hungry! I personally like anything that the boy (or the fiance or DF or whatever he is) makes in the crockpot, particularly his homemade beef with veggies, or chicken and potato soup. I am not allowed anywhere near anything that resembles a cooking implement, for fear that I will set the house on fire.....I wonder if he'll let me near mini-kitchen items?

Hi everyone, my name is Jen and I'm a newbie! I've been lurking around the forum for a few weeks and I'm finally getting around to posting the whole introductiony-thingy. I'm pretty new to dollhouses, although way back, my sister started building a Beacon Hill and when she got bored, I took over.
