This is what my water color painted tissue paper looked after I punched it all...

post-1052-1172332396_thumb.jpg

-make a loop in the end of the wire and dip it in glue

-take some of the thread and twist around the loop tightly, cut off extra

-dab glue around the thread and add one petal and roll it gently

-add onto the flower by dabbing glue and gently placing new petals around the center

-add petals until you are happy with the flower

-stand back and admire

LOve the flowers and I do think I need to get a hold of a round paper punch as well, I don't think I will bother using the old one as that isn't working very well with tissue paper....

Hug and thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the wonderful flower tutorials! I'm off to buy a couple paper punchers as soon as the snow gets cleared off the roads!

They are on sale at Joann's this week until the 28th, I believe. 40% off Fiskar's punches if I remember correctly.

I used just the regular household kind you punch your important papers with to get them into a binder :ohyeah:

Ahah, now that punch I have around somewhere.... Now where oh where did I put it??? :birthday: I don't use it that often as I have those plastic pockets for the sheets of paper for minis so it is usually my hubby who uses it.

Hugs and thanks for the great ideas!
