Welcome to the Greenleaf Miniature Community! In this section you will find information on the benefits of joining our community and a walk though of the registration process.
We hope you enjoy your visit with us and decide to become a member! This forum will not be visible once you log in.
Mini chatter of all sorts takes place here. Have a question about tools or kitbashing? Got a tip for electrifying or interior decorating? Want to share pictures of the new bedroom set you just bought (or made)? It's all fair game in here!
Having a specific problem with a house? Someone who has worked on the same house might be able to help. Please mention the name of the house in the title of your post, so others who have built that house are sure to read it.
No matter how many houses we go on to build, that first one always holds a special place in our hearts. Do you have pictures to share or a story to tell about your first dollhouse? Here's the place!
(Please don't use this forum for building/decorating questions, even if you're working on your first dollhouse! Those types of posts should go in General Mini Talk or in Questions About A Particular House in the appropriate subforum. This category is *only* to share pictures and stories about your first dollhouse.)
Come see what our community has been up to... and join in yourself! Follow along from start to finish as other members from the community build your favorite houses or join in on our bi-monthly Mini-Swaps where members strut their mini stuff. Without a doubt, these areas are a great wealth of information for all skill levels!
Sales and promotional posts should be made here. (Miniature-related only, please!) This applies to retailers posting links to their websites, as well as to individuals selling dollhouses or other miniatures, either privately or on eBay. Trades for items or services can also be proposed here.
The box with the airplane on it.....was the first thing I ever bought on Ebay....inside the box are all the parts to build the airplane....including a tiny propeller and an iddy biddy rubber band needed to power the propeller....landing gear with tiny rubber wheels. The instructions have the smallest size font along with detailed pictures....printed perfectly.
I won it for 5 dollars, free shipping from England. The seller was the person who made the airplane model kit. Everything he put up for sell seemed to be made by himself and he made the coolest stuff. Miniatures produced in England are the absolute best there is anywhere in the world.
I designed my dollhouse and built myself...I call it The Nelson ...would you look at picture....of course Im gonna make a miniature Nelson dollhouse kit...that is a real dollhouse kit with real wooden pieces...instructions ...all ready in that pretty box.... the graphics on that box ..cant believe I made that ....
For some reason people keep giving me trashed Barbie dolls and other types of dolls they run across while dumpster diving or randomly finding them.
They are always dirty, naked and with horribly abused hair. I'm not into dolls at all....but I do love restoring beat up things so I've added this to my list of hobbies. I have about 50 dolls so far, so I'm just getting started.....
