Connecting the Heart Cradle to the Fairy Willow

It was quite fiddly to connect "growing" branches to the Heart cradle (arbor). I wanted it to appear that the fairy tree was very much alive. I tried to give the branches movement - hoping to give the impression that Grandmother Willow was alert and ready to protect her fairies from any dangers. Here she is resting upside down, ready to add fresh paperclay to the taped branches. She will stay upside-down, until all is dry and hard enough to support the weight of the Heart cradle.
