This is an interesting living room! the floors will need some repair, but these arches...!? Will have to do some research on how to best finish these. Def NOT liking the blue bows at the top! LOL Hoping to change the wallpaper as well - the client has a real marble fireplace (HEAVY) that is green, so I would love to install a more sophisticated wallpaper to match.

That little bump-out on the right is really interesting and peculiar! On the classic North Park there's a whole other room on the ground floor where that bump-out is -- that's where I'm putting the dining room.
