The shingles are speed-strip shingles from the Greenleaf company store; I bought them when I bought the house kit, and love them. They are painted in black-gray, with a copper wash.
The rooftop trims are quarter-scale "widows walk iron railing" by Grandt Line, from http://www.oakridgehobbies.com/; by the same manufacturer and through the same source are the scalloped eave trims and the "porch brackets" which got installed on all the exterior window trims as well as the porch. I got the idea for the porch trims from Deb's full-scale Rosedale http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/index.php?app=gallery&album=5036. I like how the quarter-scale looks here; I think half-scale trims would've been too big.
