The House at Gate Hill - a Glencroft

kellyannmo

This fabulous skull was made by Jane S. We did a swap and this was in my little box of awesomeness.... Bernard (the funny little man who lives in the House At Gate Hill) is thrilled beyond words... his research with dragons has led to many advances in dragon medicine.... this skull has already greatly interested him....

Delightful little scene. Love the skull - looks kind of Georgia O'Keeffe-esque. Did you make the scrolls? If so, any notes to share - please?

Thank you for the information. Do the scrolls roll up? Do you think they are they some sort of paper, cloth, parchment or a clay product? They really intrique me and her website only says the material is: magick, which I have no idea what that is or if it is a play on words.

(ha ha... I never paid attention to her material's list... that is kinda humerous) I would call them parchment.... they probably could roll up, but I don't think they are meant too. If you could find a way to print on a heavy muslin or light canvas that would be really cool, and would roll up nicely. The ends are small dowels she has adorned with bead caps and findings and such... I have purchased several scrolls from her... for this house and as a gift to my niece for her Harry Potter house...
