I love the clear doors... can I ask what material you used, and where did you get it? Did you have them custom cut or were you able to do them yourself... my little minis are such dust collectors... this is a great idea

It's 1/8" plexiglass I got at the hardware store. The house isn't quite square, so I made a paper template of the opening, traced it onto the plexi's protective film, then scored and snapped to cut it. Once I knew it fit I scored and snapped down the middle to make two doors. I used a dremel to make holes for the hinge hardware, and used ridiculously tiny nuts and bolts I found at the hardware store to fasten the hinges on.

The plexi in the upper part is just glued to the roof braces.

Nice, that may need to be implemented on a few builds over here too. Safe and effective way to keep out fuzzy paws and tiny fingers ;)

I am glad it fit snugly so that I did not have to figure out how to keep them closed or put handles on them. I imagine I probably will next time...I am thinking magnets, maybe.
