After The Party

rackey

Amy helped Grandma clean up after having some late-night company. The ceiling light is new and runs by battery. The light contains two magnets, one which is glued onto the ceiling, and the other which is attached to the light fixture. I can pull down the light to turn it on or off or to change the battery. Then it reattaches itself to the ceiling magnet that holds it in place.

The light is a softer yellow, as you predicted. I love the light because I didn't want to deal with wiring in my house and therefore never thought I would have a light like this. Even though it is a soft glow, it gives off enough light to make a difference.

Thanks, Kat. I first found out about these battery lights two years ago when I was at an annual dollhouse/miniature show in Warren, NJ. I wasn't in a position to buy one then, as my house wasn't ready, but now that it is, I was happy to find them at the Dollhouse Factory in Lebanon, NJ, which is close enough to where I live.

If you are interested, there are quite a few Battery LED lights on minimumworld.com.
