Dry sink
I picked up a roll of copper tape for $1 at Goodwill, thinking it might be useful for something. Then I saw a dry sink lined with tarnished copper at an antique shop, so I decided to try to make one and line it with the copper tape. I like the way it came out. It has a shelf inside, but I sacrificed the ability to open the door, because the dh hinges I have just didn't look right. The ones I ended up using are pieces from some earring findings and are not functional but look much more real. Someday I'll learn how to hinge a door properly. (The speckled bowls are from Timber Ridge Studio and I love them because they're not too thick like some miniature porcelain I've seen.)
