A friend thought this full-sized granny afghan pattern would make a cute mini - and so it did! Measures 4 inches by 6 inches.

It's crocheted out of 50-weight cotton sewing thread, and I used a size 16 (0.4 mm) steel crochet hook. I think that's the smallest there is, at least commercially, and you have to hunt to find one that size online.
