Mini Riker Mounts - Fluttering Trio Set

Miniature riker mounts (bug displays),

of a moth and 2 butterflies.

1:12 scale, just like those found in The Steampunk House.

To be more specific these are miniature versions of the following insects;

1 Tiger Swallowtail butterfly (Papilio glaucas)

1 Morpho Helenor butterfly (Morpho helenor)

1 Cecropia Moth (Hyalophora cecropia)

These aren't dead bugs.

They are photos that I took of some specimens owned by a local entomology enthusiast.

They've been miniaturized in Photoshop, printed, painted with Acrylic paint

medium, cut out, and carefully glued into their own handmade miniature

riker mount display boxes.

Reclaimed cardboard

White paper

Acetate

Acrylic paint

Polycrylic sealer
