Making final decisions. I didn't have a room that had the feel I wanted so I constructed this room of foamcore. I used the rose strip wallpaper (scrapbook paper) I used in a room in my San Franciscan and feel in love with the scrapbook paper for the floor with it. To make the room more complete I put in the baseboards and painted them rose to match the pink/red feel of the room. I wanted the room to have a view and found one to give it the look of a balcony with an oceanview (where else would you want to be on your honeymoon?). I remembered a friend telling me about a suite he stayed in that had a soaking tub in the middle of the suite. I thought what better to have on a honeymoon. To bathe with the view would be so romantic. Every hotel room needs a table and the sitting area makes it the suite. I wish I could shrink myself and dh so we could spend some time here!!
