This will need quite a bit of rehab both inside and out. I think my aunt built it quite a few years ago and it has fallen apart in several places.

Thank you, Kelly. The porch is falling off, the brickwork is coming off, shingles are missing, the gingerbread is in bad repair. It is darn cute, though!
