Wood flooring pattern for the front section of the cottage

Can you tell that I didn't have much to do today? I hate being inbetween jobs! This was leftover scraps from a sheet of wooden flooring from Hobby Lobby. I did as was suggested for the linoleum and made a cardstock template of the area I wanted to cover. I used boards that were already stained to do the outline area and I'm hoping that after everything is sanded and stained that those boards will stay darker than the rest.
