Starting the stairs. This house is not going together like the instructions (or Gina's great photo tutorials). For whatever reason, I just couldn't make things fit properly the way the instructions said to do it. I left off the first floor and just dry fitted so I could glue the stringers to their respective walls and then add the stair risers. Leaving off the first floor gave me more room to work in that *tiny* space.

Now I'm ready to add the treads and some of the trim.

Ohhh you answered my question!!!   lol    I had a really hard time with the Fairfield stairs and this looks like to be another chapter in the same book of frustration!   Who needs stairs???   LOL
