Thanks...my hands and my arm and shoulder;-) Im really not a patient person so this is very challenging for me lol...its definitely a lesson in patience. I listen to sounds of nature and other spa type new age radio on Pandora and it sounds silly but it really seems to slow my brain waves down while I work so I can stay focused and I repeat this mantra..."One limb at a time. One limb at a time." LOL

I listen to Enya, I have some really old CD's of her music.

Enya comes up often in my Pandora new age radio mix. I really like the Native American mood music too for getting in the zone. I also really like a Celtic Spirit mix...I love pandora
