Butterfly Island Rough Layout

Bogie

The top part is roughly laid out. The windows are very traditional right now. But I think I'm going to change that. I really like the almost elvish aspect of the tree branch railing. I think I might want to incorporate this "nature" theme into more of the architecture.

Most of this is already the scratch build. The walls are made out of gator board which I will eventually cover with paperclay. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE gator board. It's 1/2" thick so it's sturdy. It's also lightweight and somewhat easy to cut. I also like that I can draw on it to "test" where everything goes. Already I can tell the door is too short. I used regular craft board for the roof which I will later use as a pattern.
