I grew up in San Francisco and lived in a house like this...very nostalgic project for me!

Fun how there are four of these now concentrated in our group. I have one project in between the Heritage and this kit...but perhaps next year.

If any of you hear of one of these for sale, please let me know.

Part of it was started. As I was working on a dry fit Sunday I realized there are no floors. Good thing I have some 1/4" plywood and that ACP lists their measurements. I am home this week and will be working on this with my other "open" projects.
