Farmhouse exterior

I am pretty certain that this is a scratch-built house. It seems to be based on the RGT Green Acres Farmhouse, but looks much more like the Engleson Home by Celerity (except that it is "flipped).

This will be a 'playhouse' for the grand-daughter, so it needs to be sturdy and not too fancy. The client talked about the possibility of doing stone work on the porch section or even on the front-opening section....but I don't think paperclay stonework is the best material for a house that may be heading for years of abuse play by a young child.

Final color will be a light taupe, white trim and black shutters and door.
