Gas Cooker

WyckedWood

finished this kit today, might back off the 'rust' a little...I want it to look rusted, not like a pot of spagetti exploded....but its a process:-) I loved making the kit

Thanks Kelly, its what I needed in this kitchen because the space is small and this fits just right. Although I pictured it being taller, Im still pleased with it. Funny bcause I thought it would be really hard and it ended up being way easier than the Chrysnbon stove kit (for me)

I had a difficult time with the Chrysnbon kit too.... I glued my fingers together quite a few times... ha ha....

I really like this stove Karin, it really fits in well with the style of your kitchen. I can't wait to see your cabinets and sink.... I am sure you will come up with something fantastic

Thanks, Im glad u have faith in me lol...I know I have instructions in one of my books for making a sink out of polymer clay using a bar of soap carton for a mold and then I guess just balsa wood shelves and faux cupboards...maybe I should look through the gallery someone may have done that with a beacon hill kitchen, would b really helpful to see pictures.

I have a book called Thirties and Forties by Jane Harrop.... I think I got mine used on Amazon.... but there is some neat ideas in there.... they have a sink with a draining board... a jelly cupboard, a sideboard... and quite a few other things you may be able to work something out of... it's a neat book :)
