This cracked me up. This was the CL listing pic. This is an old RGT (Walmer) Georgetown. The lady's grandfather gave it to her nearly 20 years ago. The box was still sealed. I seem to see a pattern in these stories...lol. I was thinking about flipping this one, then she got emotional thinking back on it and asked me to send her some pictures once I got it built. Now what do I do?

You said you were going to flip it. Do you mean flip the box over and take another photo? (Sorry couldn't resist!)

My advise is, just build it and take a photo!!!

Oh, I am jealous of this one!!! Love finding the old Walmer houses. lol As for what to do, let her know that it will be a while until you get to it, as you've several others as well -- and if you do decide to "flip" it, ask the new owner if they'd be willing to email you pics when done. That way you could forward them on as asked. :)
