Left Side

dollhousebeth

I ended up taking the whole house apart again . . . turns out the foundation was warped. This was causing problems the further I got along. So, I am now ready to start gluing a few things back together now! The bay windows will have the red color on the bottoms - it looks kind of pink in this picture because it needs about two more coats!! Those dark colors sure take alot of coats. I used the skinny sticks on the bottoms, and the top part will be siding. I am also going to incorporate shingles at the peaks and paint them the red color.

That looks great! I like the way your using the skinny sticks on the bottom. That color on the bottom is also going to accent the siding and window trim nicely.

It's the first time I've ever used the skinny sticks. I learned about them here! I love them!! So many possibilities. I can't believe I finally got the color combination straightened out . . . thanks to my mom! I am so bad with colors!!
