you are well on your way! that is really special that your parents saved your first house all these years. Is any part of it able to be redone?

Hi Jas - nope. It was so damaged that I could not salvage it. Warped wood, corner trims and pieces missing. I just decided to start over again with a new kit as a birthday present. I do have all of the wonderful miniatures from the old house, though. I sold the original one to a teacher a few years back. She was going to use it in her classroom.I assume she finished the interior.
