I put in a wall at the opposite end with matching wallpaper to the room, I have some tweeking to do like additions to the underside of the balcony, once I complete that you wont be able to see any gaps and it will be even:)

I may have large doorway there not sure, there is a ball room clear down on the end farther, and I would love to have a stair case way at that end. Downton Abbey style!
