Bill was married to my Sister-in-Law Alisha for many years and was an artist who loved Key West and wanted a gallery there. He got cancer and died Thanksgiving morning 2011. Requested his ashes be spread in and around Key West which they were earlier this year. This is my tribute to Bills dream of his Key West art gallery. His last name was Case, hence "Art by the Case"
