The woman I took many classes from always said when you get it right, you can feel your head shrinking. My head shrinks right into this kitchen!

Thank you! The light fixture is by Ray Storey in the UK - fantastic lighting to choose from. The checkered flooring is weathered looking scrapbook paper from Hobby Lobby sealed with spray matte sealer and the wood portion is premade wood sheet flooring stained darker.

This reminds me so much of our families summer home. Generations of things in this house. We have that sink, a painted farmers table, and is that a mouse on the floor!? If so, it is even more true to the cottage!
