Today's effort has been to complete the side walls for the verandah awning .

Not much I can do (waiting for more bricks )

You would not believe the cost to post from U.S.A. to Down under !!!!

Anyway I am sure the building manager ( Wife ) will come to the rescue . Ha,Ha,Ha !!!!

I am resuming work on a scratch built English manor home (see my page) and i was curious what you typically use for a base.  Is it 1-inch gatorboard in the picture?  My house will be 42w x 20d x 35h and I think it will weigh about 35 pounds.
