Where I left off when I put the Fairfield away unfinished:

The bedroom is almost finished. I need to add artwork and make a better jewelry box for the dresser. The curtains need to be glued in, as the double-stick tape was only meant to be temporary while I tested their look. I'm not happy with the lampshade but I don't think I can change it without breaking the light.

wow. the wallpaper reminds me of some very old wallpaper tnhat was in my room as a child. it was from the early 1900s.

where did you find it? I'd love to use it in the willowcrest when I build it. I'm going to try to replicate my childhood home in it.

I'm just starting the Fairfield and love your treatment of it. Is the dresser Durham Copper. I've been purchasing all their pieces to use in mine.
