exterior lighting

Now all the fixtures are working (i wasn't able to test these prior to finishing the house, I just found a suitable transformer yesterday) when lights aren't coming on in a round wire system, what's the first thing to check? before ripping out all the paper clay and installing a new fixture that is.

I have 2 lights on the 2nd floor which aren't working, i pulled the pins and the wire had broken in the plug, so i stripped and reseated the wire but still no go.

have you tried testing just those lamps on the terminal block? You have to go back and test everything related to those lamps themselves. I also discovered, with my lily that it would seem the transformers can only handle so many bulbs. I may have totally set mine up wrong. So basically -don't listen to me. :shifty: it looks just great so far.

The transformer should be large enough, even when it's just the upstairs light connected it's a no-go. I think there's a fault in the wire itself :( or the bulb is loose or burnt out
