I will be painting it a lovely shade of light green... so never mind the dirt spots! I traced and carefully left an opening for the windows and doors... though other sides are yet to be finished!

I laid each piece by hand, so I'm very very proud how even everything looks! It's posterboard and a paper cutter!

I got the extra thick kind, less than $3 a sheet at Hobby Lobby. Granted it's a small Orchid, but I could have done it with just one sheet if I'd been more careful! But, still can't beat a house sided for under $6.

This looks really great. After siding the Pierce w/wood siding and being rather displeased w/it's wavy appearance; I may have to give this a try.

Another option is uphostery cardboard tack strips. Found them online cheap (ebay) and in rolls at Joann's Farbrics and Crafts for about $10 a roll.
