The brown chick on the right is the knitted version. I made some mistakes while doing the increases so it turned out fatter than it should.

The grey chick on the left was made from the knitted liner from an old pair of gloves. I just cut off the tip of one of the fingers and added glue to the cut edges. I also turned the fabric with the purled stitches to the right side... I think it looks better than the knit stitches. I almost did the same with the first chick, but I decided to try to stick as close to the pattern as possible for my first try. The comb on the grey one was done with a blanket stitch.

There are no wings on the left one because I haven't decided how I want them to look yet, but using yarn to stitch the outline of wings on both sides would be easy and cute.
