What if you ordered another sheet with the frames...then you could glue the "new" frame onto the one you already have in place? That might build out this window enough? It's an added expense, but a quick solution... You can buy by the sheet at GL...

That could work, add another strip on to the horizontal window sill and it would still stick out, I was thinking of working a frame out of clay as well, might be able to make it bigger, better, and more victorian that way as well. So there are 2 possible fixes
