How do you make tiles?

Hi, I copied pictures of tiles from the internet and printed them larger than my cardboard filler. I cut 1 inch squares of cardboard ( pepsi case) and double layered them. I wrapped it around the filler. I will spray them with a clear sealer before gluing them down and grouting so the water won't make the print run. I have only tried a small block of these so far but it seams it will work. I will add more pics of the process.
