Bedroom

otterine

This bedroom really gave me fits...not in the bash but in the bed dressing. I made that headboard at the last minute since the wall was so bare and the ceiling so tall. As for the bash, I used the front wall of a second addition kit to make this new wall that allowed for a deck outside of the bedroom. The lanterns are Reutter Porzellan.

Ah-ha! I was wondering what you did to get the porch thing going on. :shifty: And here I thought you you had cleverly stacked them. Learn something new everyday.

Is the wall mushroom on top?

So very nice and THE VIEW, turn down the lights please, I want to listen to waves gently lapping the shore as I drift off to sleep . [ this is actually on my bucket list , to retire by the lakeside]

Wonderful! And so realistic.

I've been looking into trompe l'oeil possibilities. I also want to learn how best to fake interior doors that hint at other rooms. Why? Because I hate the bulky staircases that take up half of a room on three/four floors of a couple of my houses!
