I really like this house. Nice room layout and plenty of room in the attic.

I like the layout too for the most part, I only wish the second floor door were at the top of the stairs so the room it is in would have more 'workable' space. I could probably try to do a little bashing but I promised myself I was going to keep this remodel as simple as possible.

I like that open 1st floor plan a lot.
