where did you find an outlet like that? All I've seen is the huge 2 pronger that sticks way out from the wall.

Sorry I'm just seeing this - unless I already replied (the mind is always the first thing to go LOL) The "outlet" is just a small piece of wood cut to shape, with a small hole drilled through for the wire. The "Plug" is actually a jewelry bead threaded onto the wire before the wire is threaded through the wood and then through the wall for the hard wire connection below.

I have a full tutorial with pics if anyone else wants to give it a try.
