I couldn't find the kind of wallpaper that I wanted, so I bought some satin ribbon and flower stripes at the dollar store and glued them on myself! In the meantime I have discovered that the trick to applying wallpaper is a VERY sharp exacto knife AND the ability to get your fingers out of the way on time!
