Fire Survivor!

I had purchased this house and dropped it off at a friend's house until a "more opportune" time came to bring it home. 
:whistle: Three days later they had a fire in their apartment. 
The house survived, so now it needs a thorough cleaning and gutting!
BTW- when I brought it home the day I was helping my friends clean out their burned apartment, my hubby sees it and says "So is that a house that you salvaged from the fire?" 
Why, yes. Yes it is. SCORE! ;)
