Debating on just doing lower level in plastic bricking...I'm not all that confident in my paperclay skill in 1/2 scale, so we will see. I may, I may not... Thinking the upper level will be siding or smooth stucco. In the movie it was all stone/brick..not sure I'm up for that

It's looking great so far - I love your idea of using a movie as inspiration. I haven't seen that one, but I'm going to check it out. I've thought of making a house based on "Arsenic and Old Lace" starring Cary Grant. Aren't those old movies just the best? I prefer a happy ending, it is escapism, after all. I look forward to seeing how this project develops.
