Re-painted it

I didn't like the light blue so changed it to medium blue. The windows will have to be touched up a little but it wasn't too hard to paint around them. I also got the porch railing off or I'd have never gotten the first floor painted. The railings need paint and a few repairs, but no real damage. I also got the stairs out.
