Jo Med 1,017 Posted September 17, 2010 Thanks Janet - no idea. He'll go with the rest of them in boxes until I pluck up the courage to sell some. Quote Link to comment

Jo Med 1,017 Posted September 17, 2010 Linda, I have no idea how much to charge for a doll. I see other peoples dolls but the range of prices is vast and I don't know where mine sit in that range. Quote Link to comment
Selkie 4,484 Posted September 17, 2010 Where do you get all the wonderful fabrics, trims, leather (faux or real?) and buckles and clips, and do-dads and such? It's all those tiny items that make the clothes so stunningly realistic. Quote Link to comment
Jo Med 1,017 Posted September 17, 2010 Selkie,I have a whole load of fabrics that I collected when I was making beds and stuff. The leather (its all real leather, I don't like the faux stuff) is from scraps that I found on Smithfield market last time I was in London. I'm soon going to need some more if I do any more pirates or highwaymen etc but my son lives down there so I can always call in a few favours - whatdya mean - I brought you up didn't I. Rhonda from the Bluegrass 7 Posted September 21, 2010 This pose really shows him off. I love that "come hither" look he's got! I suspect he's quite the "lady's man"!!! Quote Link to comment
Jo Med 1,017 Posted September 21, 2010 Yep Rhonda, that's what I was trying to capture - that sort of half smile and the beckoning finger. Quote Link to comment
