She is 99% finished.Still have 6 more exterior windows to frame,finish my appliances,touch up here and there and hang three more pictures.I worked on her all day and I just gave out !! But,I did it !!!

And I like the way she has turned out.

I was an only child and had to find things to occupy myself.I made dollhouses under trees,in shoeboxes...you name it.

April, this is my kind of dollhouse project! All hand created! I did the same thing as a kid. Cigar boxes, shoe boxes, match boxes stacked up in all kinds of ways! Good for you! :thumb:

Roxxie,LOL,I used to turn anything into a dollhouse.Empty shelves,big pile of sand,moss and roots under a huge tree.... :lol:

This house has such character..as only a house of this type can have. It shows ingenuity and love and a lot of thought...reinforcing a house made of cardboard, so that it won't fall apart, is a true art. I love it, and will have to try one of my own, someday.
