Welcome to my garage, I spend a lot of time tinkering in my real garage so I didn’t have any trouble getting into the mood for this year’s Spring Fling garage theme.
One thing a wanted to try and re-create in miniature as accurately as I could was the old air compressor I inherited from my father-in-law after his death 20 years ago. I was fortunate to manage to scrounge-up enough junk odds and ends to come pretty close. There are miniature air compressors commercially available but all the ones I’ve seen are more or less the newer models and I’m very found of my old trusty “Campbell-Hausfeld”.
This is really only my third attempt at miniatures. The first thing I built was the Westville for my wife (not furnished or decorated just built). The second was a 2 story room box and now this garage. I would like to build to build a junk yard diorama for cars, where I had my first job as a kid.
