miniwendy 4 Posted May 31, 2010 Thank you! I used the strips from an old bamboo placemat to make the ridges and painted the whole thing with metallic silver paint. I watered the paint down a bit so the brown from the wood shows through and gives it a bit of a weathered look. Interior and exterior walls are Greenleaf siding (you can cut it with utility scissors, which makes it so quick and easy to work with) Much of my trim is old placemats, table runners or window blinds. The dirt is finely ground peat moss. And the stones are my first ever experience with Paperclay (I'm a convert now- much easier to use than I'd ever anticipated and my kids even helped) Quote Link to comment
