The Artply Highland house. This will be a 1970's ski chalet in the mountains around the ski resort town of Banner Elk, NC. My daughter went to college in this little town. The decor will feature ski maps and photos from the 2 local ski resorts as well as pics from her college (Lees-McRae) and the surrounding Appalachian Mountains.

I just browsed your pics and this is awesome! I went to Appalachian State and enjoyed many a trips to Ski Beech--it was my favorite ski place in NC! I can't wait to see how you finish this out--I remember seeing the ski lodges along the slopes and thought they were so cool! I love how you are capturing the 70's era!

I was late being born Jackie so it will be no surprise that I'm late saying.............what a nice house this is and I look forward to seeing your garage!............love the yellow room too.
