Fairfield empty (back view)

My second floor is very, very warped. Luckily, thanks to the trim I added to the edge of the floor, you can hardly tell! Normally I would have just used the trim to cover up the exposed edges of plywood, but in this case I chose basswood that was slightly wider than the plywood so it would have a nice straight edge, even though the floor is crooked.

Yeah, I'm happy with how the trim fools the eye. In the sitting room (the purple room) I added a piece of wood at the edge, under the carpet, to make the floor more level. I didn't do that in the bedroom (blue room) and now the bed looks very lopsided to me. I'm hoping it won't be so obvious once it has pillows and bedding on it.
