Bamboo blinds

Sherry

Look carefully at these blinds, they were originally a placemat. But instead of just being held together every few inches, they are woven with fine black thread all the way across, so you can cut them any width you want! And the bamboo is much finer and more to scale. I just glued, cut, then added a 1/8 inch stripwood to the bottom and a 1/4 inch strip to the top, with a spare piece of bamboo for the wand. Very, very easy. Check your import shops like Pier One or World Bazaar for these, there's really a big difference!
