This is how the porch turned out. I still have to put the satin varnish on it and put in the front door. I was going to put in a French door I had for the front but it doesn't match the windows or side porch door. The kit doors aren't my favorite but do match the windows. The shingles will be the same color as the painted roof is now. The foundation and chimney will be barn red brick and the scalloped roof trim will be barn red. I haven't decided about the gable trim. It's a bit too fancy for my taste so I may leave it off.

I love the color choices here...I can't wait to see what you do with the inside!!!
