Staircase experiment

At our store, there's a box across the aisle from the hutches, back where the wood cutouts are. It's just a divided cardboard box like dowels come in, full of different types of trim.

That trim make a great railing!

I always look at that box of trim - the Joann's by me has it, too - but I never thought to do something like this. It looks perfect...just like it was made to go there.

That really is a unique stair rail. So much more interesting than spindles. Very nice.
